Full and part time position available in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area for a motivated individual who has a passion for photography, video marketing, and customer service. We are seeking a team member to assist with Photography / Videography to produce photos, videos & virtual tours for our residential and commercial clients as well as in-house photo and video social media marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• 1. Work closely with real estate agents & homeowners to photograph & film listings for agent marketing purposes.
• 2. Capture properties using photos, video, drone, and virtual tour 3D scanning equipment
• 3. Edit, produce, and prepare final photo and video projects for delivery to clients

Qualifications for the Job:

• 1. Previous experience with photography and videography as well as basic knowledge with photo and video equipment operation is preferred
• 2. Knowledge with computer operating systems (preferred Mac) and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Final Cut Pro is preferred.
• 3. Drone experience is preferred, but not required. Job will require FAA Part 107 certification, training and education will be provided to help complete certification.
• 4. Candidate must have reliable transportation

• 7. Ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills.
• 8. Must be able to pass criminal background check

Physical Requirements: Most projects require the photographer to walk/stand while carrying equipment (camera, tripod, gimbal & stabilizer, lights). Occasionally need to lift objects for staging purposes. Must be able operate motor vehicle.
